Hey Baydogs...the MEC Tuesday indoor spin sessions continue in 2015. The cost to the public is $10, but our club sponsor MEC is waiving the cost for current club members. Next session is Tues Jan 6 from 7-8. Coach and Baydog Michael Colquhoun will be back Jan 13.
